N..n..n..nervous?
It
is very common to be nervous in an interview. If you feel it is
affecting your performance, it is better to verbalise your feelings
as this often reduces the nervousness and interviewers are usually

Eye Contact
Make it and keep it. Eye contact indicates a desire for
communication, feedback and friendliness.
Posture
Walk and sit with confidence. Leaning toward an interviewer
indicates interest and enthusiasm.
Answering Questions
- Listen to the question.
- Take time to think.
- Give concise answers.
- Talk in a controlled way
- most people speed up their speech when nervous.
- Use positive information - complaining about past situations or talking about negatives is unlikely to help.
- Support your answer with evidence and examples
- Include a description of the Problem, the Action you took and the Result (PAR)
